This course provided a comprehensive examination of stage management for theatre and live entertainment productions. Through both classroom instruction and hands-on production experience, I developed skills in rehearsal coordination, scheduling, blocking notation, cue calling, production documentation, and communication between creative and technical teams. The course emphasized leadership, collaboration, and industry-standard stage management procedures, culminating in a practical production experience applicable to professional entertainment management.
